Culture Declares Emergency (CDE) is a growing movement of individuals and organizations involved in arts and culture who are declaring a climate and ecological emergency. This means truth-telling, care-taking, and change-making. Cultural Activism International Project joined CDE in this declaration in the fall of 2023 and will host the first CDE Hubs meeting within an online public forum.
